Vietnam Immigration Department.
According to this news, Indian citizens wishing to enter Vietnam even
have no Vietnamese company organization to make guarantee for their
staying or working in Vietnam, can still ask for Vietnam visa approval
through legitimated agents. However, the fees are changed accordingly:
the approval service fee
US$ 45/ 1 month single entry visa upon arrival and
US$ 85/ 3 months multiple entry visa upon arrival. If Indian nationals enter Vietnam and have a company in Vietnam to guarantee their staying,
US $5 deducted from the below quotation.

Note: Our rate is not included $25.00 (for
single entry) or $50.00 (for multiple entry) stamping fees , which you will be required to pay

(normal service) or within 1 working day (urgent service) to get your
Visa Approval Letter via email. Taking this letter of approval, your
passport, 2 photos and US$25 (for single entry)/ US$50 (for multiple
entry) as stamping fee to get your visa at airport.
