Thank you very much for your very fast and reliable service. I used to be worried about the legitimacy of this kind of visa, but now I completely satisfy with this. I make sure that I will employ your service again in next trip to Vietnam...

What are the procedures at the Vietnam airports?

The actual procedure is very quick and simple. Just need to fill out only an arrival form (entry and exit form or M3 form) which takes a few minutes.

Full procedure at the airports for Vietnam visa on arrival

- When you receive the approval letter delivered by email in the "step 2: Vietnam visa on arrival", you just need to print it and file it with your passport, 2 passport sized photos and prepare some money for stamping fee.

- At the departure airport, you are requested to present the approval letter to board your flight

- At the arrival airport, you move straight to customs area. The Immigration office is right next to the Customs office and before Baggage claim. You are requested to fill out a simple form (enter and exit form or arrival form), submit all your documents, pay for stamping fee. The process will take 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the time you land and the amount of customer requesting for visa stamp at the same time

- Vietnam Immigration Office is open 24 hours, on working days and holiday at 3 international airports: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh city and Danang. Whenever you arrive, you will be given the visa stamp on the passport

- After receiving the stamp, collect your luggage and pass through the Customs Office. Welcome to Vietnam!
